GENWELL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) $100; OR

(B) THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO GENWELL DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenWell from claims arising out of:

• Interactions with providers

• Interactions with products

• Violations of law

23. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by Delaware law.
